2 Years Full Time Program
A 2 year full Diploma course divided into 2 annual sessions. D.Pharm has been designed to prepare candidates to work as a licensed pharmacist in hospitals, community pharmacies, and other related pharmaceutical Field.
ELIGIBILITY
First Year Diploma in Pharmacy(D.Pharm)
The candidate should be an Indian national candidate. Passed Higher Secondary(10+2) or its equivalent examination in General Stream Courses with Phsics, Chemistry & Biology or Mathematics. Candidates passed Higher Secondary (10+2) examination or equivalent examinations for admission in Diploma in Pharmacy course, as per prescribed admission eligiblity criteria of Pharmacy Council of India.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
80% of the seats are filled through Centralized Admission Procedure (CAP) Conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, West Bengal State, Kolkata.
20% of the seats are filled as Institute Level Quota by the college according to merit & as per guidelines of the Directorate of Technical Education, West Bengal State, Kolkata.

Ragging and the Legal Provisions
- Ragging and the legal Provisions Enactment of Central and the state laws, makes ragging a cognizable offence with identifying the perverse forms of ragging under such law(s), and giving punishments appropriate with the cruelty of the offence.
- A student indulged in the act of ragging his/her juniors may be expelled from College/University.
- He/She may be banned/debarred from staying in hostel/mess.
- Scholarship/stipend/financial grant can be withdrawn/cancelled by the College/University.
- He/She may be debarred from appearing at future examinations of University.
- He/She may be debarred from taking admission to any other educational institute in the state or even in the entire country.
- He/She may be charge sheeted and court of law may try the accused student. It may, after taking all precautions, give severe punishment to meet the end of justice.
